In a media room it is often necessary to hide the technology, only revealing it when the immersive system is in use. We can fit projector drops, motorised TV mechanisms, and more, to make sure the technology fits well with the aesthetic of your room. The media room components shouldn’t clutter or dominate your room, we will make sure that the technology is only as visible as you would want it to be.
No cinematic experience would be complete without the comforting sensation of the lights dimming for the screening. We can install Lutron lighting control, to provide this atmospheric lighting and motorised control of your blinds or curtains.
Initial Acoustic Design and Final Calibration
Our clients demand the highest performance from their media rooms, and essential to that is a great acoustic design. We evaluate the initial acoustics of the space and model the audio responses. Once we have data to tell us how the room will respond, we accurately treat any room response issues with beautiful acoustic treatments.
When all of the installation work is done, our attention turns to the final calibration of the equipment. You would naturally want the investment you have made in your family media room to be returned in excellent performance. Our technicians will calibrate the equipment to the rigorous standards of the Imaging Science Foundation, THX and the Home Acoustics Alliance, to obtain the finest possible performance from the audio and video in technically measurable improvements.
