The prestigious CEDIA Awards was held at One Mayfair in London’s exclusive West End. The event was a black-tie gala dinner on Friday 8th April. The CEDIA Awards were designed to showcase the achievements of individuals and organisations within the industry. To receive a CEDIA Award is a highly coveted accolade, as it represents the approval of industry experts. The CEDIA Awards signify and recognise commendable achievement and innovation within our industry, judged by an independent panel of leading industry experts.
Our Best Media Room Project
Our best media room project was a very ambitious venture, the main aim was to create a versatile space that would suit a young family in the near future, whilst also remaining multi-functional. The clients were keen on keeping a minimalistic motif throughout the property and were equally as keen to keep this area minimalistic too. Therefore, it was a priority for us to keep our equipment as discreet as possible. This resulted in the skilful incorporation of the racking within the basement, in order to reduce clutter visible from the space (also allowing for further, future integration of more rooms to the system).
The highlight of the space was the Crestron control, which allowed access to lighting, blinds, AV, HVAC, Media Room and also included three audio zones, one of which was outside for the summer months. All of this, whilst still including a fully functioning kitchen for the optimisation of space within the property. We are very proud of this achievement and what that signifies for our business, the versatility to operate with a range of budgets and still produce a high-end product that is worthy of recognition by industry-leading experts.
