REACTIVE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Rapid engineer call-outs, with our defined response guarantee, will make sure that any disruptive and frustrating system downtime is kept to the minimum.

With electronic systems providing critical functions, such as lighting, heating, internet and fire/security alarms, plans and contingencies must be made, should anything go wrong. 

Has a contractor drilled through a cable? With our reactive service and maintenance package, this is not a problem, we will attend within a defined period of your choosing, such as 4 hours/24 hours etc.

REMOTE MONITORING and interventions

We provide round-the-clock system monitoring to help foresee and resolve any developing problems, often before they even become apparent to the owner.

Our team provides a reassuring remote service to ensure you are left to enjoy your time at home, without disruptions.

With first-line telephone support, our response time is within 1 hour and we endeavour to resolve any apparent issues remotely first so that your time at home is not disturbed. If this is not possible, we provide an in-person visit, within a pre-determined timeframe.
